And reprising the "where did all this snow come from?" face. It started dumping at about 2:30 and by 4:30, it was pretty bad. Brent got on the bus at 3:30 and he's still not home. It's 5:20. It took me 25 minutes to go 2 miles. I also happened to wear a dress and tights for this Welcome Back Winter occasion so I looked my finest in running shoes (thank goodness I work out at work), tights and a dress! Now I also didn't plan accordingly and forgot gloves. After scouring the car I found two cocktail rings, a hair tie, a flower headband, one pair of heals, purple aviators and a tarp. So basically I could style myself well if left stuck in my car for days but that was about it. What's a girl to do in 23 degree weather with bare hand and practically bare legs? Why put her running socks on her hands of course. Creative yes. Stylish no.

Im Happy to report they worked pretty well to protect my hands while scraping snow but just so we are all clear, if it wasn't a white-out I would have put on a ring, added the headband and braved the weather all in the name of fashion!
