So we are almost use to the beautiful views around here. The drive into Boulder is beautiful, especially at sunset. When we woke up this morning, the visibility was nil and the whole region seemed to be covered in smoke. The news said it is from the Southern California fires. I thought we were almost home free this year with out any big fires in Colorado but now we are feeling the effects of CA. Sad for those people who are losing their homes out there and who have to look at the effects for years to come. I'm glad we will get our view back soon.
Have the leaves started to change colors yet? Can't wait until October!!!
ReplyDeleteHope it clears up for you soon! When Mount St Helens blew Bozeman was covered in ash. We couldn't go out side for two days - seems like the west shares its air problems easily! Take care, love the look of the new blog.
